
Pray/meditate
I personally pray in the mornings. Talking to God really helps me get my life in check and start the day off with a heart full of forgiveness and love.
If you are not religious. I suggest you meditate. Take moments to reflect and calm yourself so you will be able to properly deal with the day ahead!
Listen to motivational videos
The worst thing you can do first thing in the morning is wake up on the wrong side of the bed! Listening to motivational and positive messages gives you the encouragement you need to get through the day and accomplish goals!
Be Thankful
What if you woke up and all the things you were not thankful for were gone? Make sure you show gratitude and appreciation for the people and things in your life daily!

Accomplish daily goals
Remember that big resolution you set way back in January? Well how is it going? If you already quit , do not worry you can still do it! Break down that big goal into smaller goals. Think of the big goal as building a huge brick wall. You can’t just wish it to be there. you have to lay it brick by brick and before you know it you will have a wall. The daily goals are the bricks to reaching your ultimate goal!
Drink water
Drinking water adds so many benefits to our lives. Not only does our body require it but it aids in boosting skin and beauty, losing weight, regulating body temperature, flush toxins, and more. Drink up!
Dress Cute!
Have you ever heard “dress how you feel”?
I am a firm believer that dressing better makes you more confident and boosts your self esteem. Think about it? When you are sick you wear bummy clothes and look a mess because you feel a mess. When you have a date you try to dress to impress. Same thing with an interview or an important event. Why not dress good because you feel good!

Get the look!
Sleep
You don’t have to tell me twice! I absolutely love sleeping! According to Healthline, sleeping can help improve concentration, maximize athletic performance, reduce depression, and help you lose weight.
Talk to people you love
Talking to people you care about can not only brighten your day, but theirs. Life is short and you should constantly remind the people that are important to you that they are loved!
Exercise
Reasons you should:
- Working out helps you control your weight.
- Reduces your rick of heart diseases
- improves your mental health and overall mood
- Boosts your sexual health
- increase your chances of living a longer life
Eat healthy
I’d like to consider by body a Ferrari. (A girl can dream.) Anyways, if i had a Ferrari I’d only put the best gas in it. I would clean it everyday and only give it the best! Well our bodies are our Ferraris! So don’t put junk in it and assume it can still run t top performance because it can not and will not. Add fruits, vegetables, and lots of water to our daily intake.
