Stop comparing yourself to others
Comparing yourself to others is toxic for your mental health. You ever notice how you can go down your timeline and see people posting all these “great” things that happened to them. Then you think ” why d they have that”and “they do not even deserve it”. You are feeling this way because you are comparing yourself to someone else. You have no idea why they have that or how they got it. Focus on your own self growth! Mind your business!

Eliminate toxic people from your life
This may seem hard but it is not. Simply remove people that are not helping you grow. Unfollow people, block numbers, and remove them from the equation.
Focus on spiritual and mental health
After all we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Focus on spiritual wealth not just material growth.
Exercise
Working out has so many benefits. You look good and feel good. Your body will thank you. Plus it is a great stress reliever.
Smile
It is simple, it is free, and they are contagious!
Help others
Give for that you take. Think about all the wonderful people that have helped you along your journey! Remember to help others and better the human race.
Acknowledge unhappy moments
Bad things happen. That is life. What is good without the bad. They have to coexistent. Acknowledge unhappy moments, learn from it ,and choose to leave it there.
Forgive
Forgiveness can be really tough but holding on to things will only make you sick, literally. Learn to let go of the pat and move forward. Most important learn to forgive yourself.
Sleep
Losing sleep can make you extra cranky and throw off your mood. Remember to get adequate amounts of sleep daily to help your body heal and rejuvenate.
Take deep breathes
Do not rush! Take your time! When you feel overwhelmed breath and move forward!
